Thursday, October 15, 2026 Pre-Convention: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM registration; 1:00 PM hotel foyer meet & greet; 1:30 PM charter bus arrival; 2:00 – 3:30 PM guided narrated Harlem tour; 5:15 – 7:00 PM private dinner at Sylvia's Restaurant; 7:00 PM charter bus back to Hyatt; 7:30 PM return to Hyatt.
Luxury Transportation
Charter bus arrival is scheduled for 1:30 PM at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson. The bus takes guests to Harlem for the guided narrated tour and departs back to the Hyatt at 7:00 PM, with return to Hyatt scheduled for 7:30 PM.
Guided Tour of Historic Harlem
A Tour thru the Harlem Neighborhood runs from 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM as a guided narrated tour. Guests meet in the hotel foyer at 1:00 PM before boarding the charter bus.
Dinner at Sylvia's
Private dinner at the legendary Sylvia's Restaurant runs from 5:15 PM – 7:00 PM. After dinner, the charter bus returns guests to the Hyatt, with arrival back at 7:30 PM.
